Thermoset composites deliver dimensional stability under heat and chemical exposure that thermoplastics cannot match. Where metal was once the only option, our thermoset expertise opens a lighter, more efficient path — without compromising on precision.

Unique properties

  • Heat resistance: stable above 200 °C, no creep, no deformation under sustained thermal load
  • Dimensional stability: zero sink marks even at high difference in wall thickness
  • Media resistance: petrol, diesel, AdBlue, oils, aggressive chemicals – no swelling or degradation
  • Metal replacement: weight reduction, lower total cost.
  • Fewer process steps: less machining than metal; no coating required; direct-to-function

High-performance thermoplastics combine structural strength with design freedom — fully automated at high volumes and consistent quality. PEEK and filled grades meet the most demanding mechanical and thermal requirements in automotive and industrial applications.
Besides to PPS or PEEK, we can of course also process engineering thermoplastics such as PA, PBT, POM or others.

Where parts need to seal, damp or flex reliably over years of use, solid rubber delivers the elastic performance that rigid polymers cannot. Backed by our own compound library, we tune hardness, resilience and chemical resistance to the exact demands of each application.

Liquid silicone rubber combines the elasticity of rubber with the processing efficiency of injection moulding. Fully automated production ensures tight dimensional control at speed — across a hardness range of 30 to 70 Shore A.
