We co-develop, manufacture and assemble precision injection moulded components made of polymers and elastomers — in high volumes, with highest consistency, from concept to delivery.

Every supplier handover is a risk to quality, lead time and accountability. With us, co-development, moulding, finishing, assembly and testing happen under one roof — fewer interfaces, one point of responsibility, a component that arrives ready to use.
We engage at the concept phase, aligning material, mould design and manufacturability before they become expensive to change. Four structured phases turn your requirements into a production-ready part – validated with near-serial prototypes before volume begins.
Quality is built into every step, not added at the end – from compound design and mould simulation to inline measurement. Full traceability and automotive-grade quality management (IATF 16949) make consistency a discipline.
Locations
Lommel and Kaniow are not interchangeable sites — they are complementary competence centers. Each has its own material focus, process expertise and team. Together they deliver the full PPS service spectrum to customers across Europe and beyond.
Our Lommel site is the development and precision moulding center of PPS. It hosts the co-development team, mold simulation capabilities and production lines for thermoset composites, high-performance thermoplastics and LSR. Lommel leads our work in pumps, thermal management and new energy applications.
Specialists
Kaniow is our rubber and finishing competence center — built on eight decades of elastomer expertise. The site operates dedicated rubber moulding lines, an in-house compound laboratory, dimensional finishing equipment and flexible assembly cells. Kaniow completes the components that Lommel starts.
